...minor tweaking, mostly, although I did update the Elizabethan diary with pics of my corset and farthingale.
At about 3 AM, I posted a long rambling bunch of sleep-deprived nonsense about how Boe kept me awake all night (swiping the covers and fidgeting does that to me), but LJ ate my post. Ah well -- it was a bunch of negativity anyway.
The bruises are spectacularly indigo, BTW.
And I finally got brave enough to email the amazing Jen Thompson about my website, so we'll see if she adds a link to it onto her website. She's such an incredible costumer -- when I first got into the garb thing, one of the first websites I came across was hers, and it totally blew me away! I remember thinking, "Wow! I wanna be able to do *that*!" I still use it as a reference all the time.
There's a fair amount of trepidation going on, too, because I know my stuff is *nowhere* nearly as good as most of the other costumers I've seen-- it's an insecurity thing. I expect perfection from myself right out of the gate, and while I *know* that I'll improve, I still want to be *perfect*. Now. And I'm not. And that sometimes is a little hard to deal with.
