More handsewing woes

I have finished...one half of one gore.

One down, eight to go.

*facepalm*

Gotta go to work tomorrow.

Vay-cay-shun is over.

I got very little done other than the Chicago trip. Only one seam was sewn on my reversible kirtle. I *did* get inspiration for my next couple of projects, but acquiring the materials will need to wait until I get paid or my financial aid check comes in, whichever comes first.

First things first -- keep working on the transitional kirtle.
Next project on the to-do list -- That pink Venetian outfit in the Moretto painting
Project after that -- A warm cloak in wool. Maybe *this* time I'll actually use a pattern, since simple geometric shapes confuse me.
Project after all this nonsense -- a transitional gown in wool, with a beguin headdress.

As winter will be creeping up on me fairly quickly, maybe I should do all my wool projects *now*, instead of waiting until February...

Oh yeah, and somewhere in there I need to make Boe another couple of outfits...or at least some trews so he doesn't freeze his dangly bits. That would annoy me.
