How the hell does this happen?

Well, it looks like I'm going to be in RHPS. As well as doing a substantial bit of costuming. How the hell did this happen?

Nature abhors a vaccuum, they say. Apprently, I abhor a vaccuum in costuming and theater. I found myself volunteering to play Lips and understudy Janet, and since Boe was bumped up to playing Frank, well, none of my corsets fit him, so....yeah. Oh, and I'm making Riff and Magenta's space outfits (but at least that'll be simple). And, on top of it all, I also get to teach my hubby how to walk, strut, and dance in high heels. Woo. I guess *some* good will come out of knowing my ex-fiance (former cross-dresser, current M2F transsexual).

Did I mention that RHPS will be in less than 2 weeks?

*headdesk*

Ouch.

Note to self: Get new high heels. For Boe too -- yours are about 1/2 size too small.

On the plus side, I now have Boe sashaying pretty well, and he's not broken an ankle yet on my 3" platform heels...
