Well, that was fun.

I woke up around 4 this morning to hear the wind whooshing past our windows. There was a storm going on with flashes of lightning (but strangely, no thunder) and that wind just blowing as hard as all get out.

Our power was out until about 6:30 tonight. Yeehaw. It was ok, I'm just glad that it happened on a Sunday I didn't have to depend on the alarm clock to get to work. So I went to see Chicken Little, which was amusing, and read a couple of books. I have managed to avoid getting any laundry done, though.

Boe and I are watching Extreme Home Makeover and...wow. This family is *amazing*

Off to weep happy tears with my softie husband.
