Ouchie. My hands.

So, in my spare (ha!) time, I have been teaching myself calligraphy. It has come in handy for putting together the Imperial Coronation gift -- a cookbook of period recipes, all done in half-assed Gothic hand. (I say half-assed because my skills are improving, but not fantabulous.) I'm doing the final touches on it today, as it will be going to Oregon tomorrow.

Hand cramps suck. That's why I'm taking a bit of a break right now.

Oh,  and did I mention I need to have a gown done for Lydia by tomorrow too? That I haven't sewn one stitch upon yet? *facepalm*

Really, this procrastination thing needs to be dialed down a bit. Wish I could do that, cuz the depression is like whoa this week.
