So there I was, enjoying the feeling of paying off bills, cruising in my car with the sunroof open (So what if it's only 40 degrees? The sun was out, and that's enough excuse for me.) and generally having a grand old time. And while I was in such a jovial mood, I passed JoAnn's. "Hmmm...." thought I. "I wonder if they have any more good deals on linen blends." And so I checked out the selection, and walked out with another eight yards of medium-weight navy blue fustian. (I have eight yards at home already.) For $16. That's right, $2 a yard. I have no idea what I'll do with so much navy blue, but I'm sure inspiration will smack me upside the head eventually.
