Event Preparation Day preparation update

The tartes, waldenys, and mushroom pasties are all done, and I have the beef for the alloes sliced, as well as the rest of the beef boiling in wine.
The house smells fantastic, although I wish the kitchen weren't quite so hot.
Gyngerbrede will be made (and some of it enjoyed, no doubt) after I go and pick up more pie shells.
