God, I'm such a fabric slut! Picked up 5 yards of linen blend for the lining on Boe's Tudor coat (I'm not quite sure what the technical name for it is, but "coat" works as well as anything).
I'm using our new/used washer (cold water only, since Boe screwed up the hot water connection) and it doesn't seem to want to spin all the water out -- the last load I did was very soggy. It's all right, though, since I still need to go to Ye Olde Laundromat to dry anything. Stealth Dyeing will also happen at the laundromat to the fuschia wool crepe.
I'm feeling much better today -- I guess the antibiotics are finally kicking in. I do have a question for everybody who has taken Biaxin -- it is just me, or did you develop dry mouth while on the stuff? Everything tastes kind of metallic too.
ETA: The agitator on the washer doesn't seem to be working very well. Hmmmm...must have Boe check things out when he gets home.
Edited even later: I figured out what was wrong during the spin cycle -- however, the solution is worse than the original problem. Apparently, the darned thing refuses to go through a rinse cycle, so I now have to take my freshly-washed clothes the the laundromat to get the soap out. Grrrrrr.
